Born and raised in suburbia Oregon, Carl left Oregon and spent 4 years in Santa Fe, NM studying music/composition at the College of Santa Fe. Finishing his studies he returned to Oregon via Portland. Since Portland he has moved to Los Angeles, California where he currently resides. His work and interface with reality is rooted in an interest in the meaning of it all. He's particularly in love with the cracks in between established paradigms. And is intrigued by concepts such as misinformation, perception, distortion, emotion, language, understanding, finity, self, love, and the unknown among of course other things.
